We are delighted to welcome visitors onto our working farm. To ensure the safety of our guests, animals, land and to maintain a positive experience for everyone, the following policy applies to all farm visits. By booking or attending a tour, you agree to the terms outlined below.

This is a working farm. This means:

  • Ground may be uneven, muddy, or slippery

  • There may be electric fencing, farm equipment, and livestock present

  • Weather conditions can change quickly

  • Surfaces may be wet, rough, or unstable

  • Visitors attend at their own risk and must follow all safety instructions given by the tour guide.

2. Health & Safety
For your safety:

  • Sturdy, closed-toe footwear is required

  • Weather-appropriate clothing must be worn

  • Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times

  • Visitors must remain with the group unless otherwise instructed

  • Do not touch animals unless invited to do so

We reserve the right to remove any visitor who does not follow safety guidance.

3. Animal Welfare
The wellbeing of our animals is a priority.

  • Animals must not be chased, fed, or handled without permission

  • Loud or disruptive behaviour around livestock is not permitted

  • Dogs and other external animals are not allowed on site

  • If animals show signs of stress, we may adjust or limit interaction activities.

4. Hygiene & Biosecurity
To protect both visitors and livestock:

  • Footwear must be sanitsed before and after visit. We will provide the sanitiser.

  • Visitors should not enter animal housing unless invited

  • If you have recently visited another farm (within 48 hours), please inform us before arrival

  • We may refuse entry if biosecurity risk is identified.

5. Liability
While we take reasonable precautions to ensure safety:

  • We cannot accept responsibility for injury resulting from failure to follow guidance

  • Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings

  • Participation in interactive elements (e.g., egg collecting) is voluntary

6. Cancellations
