After more than 14 years in the fitness industry, working with hundreds of individuals, Alex began to see a pattern: people were exhausted, undernourished and overstretched. He experienced it himself. Burnout, declining wellbeing, pushing through when his body was already asking for something different, and the question shifted: what if health isn’t something you force, but something built from the right conditions?

That realisation took Alex beyond reps and sets and back to the root of health. Back to the systems that shape resilience long before we step into a gym. To the food that feeds our cells, and​ to the soil that grows our food. Today, alongside his wife Symone and her family, Alex is training to become the UK’s second only soil biological consultant, uniting farming knowledge, food systems, and human movement into one clear philosophy: healthy soil creates healthy food, healthy food supports healthy people, and strong bodies create a higher quality of life.
