After more than 14 years in the fitness industry, working with hundreds of individuals, Alex began to see a pattern: people were exhausted, undernourished and overstretched. He experienced it himself.  Burnout, declining wellbeing, pushing through when his body was already asking for something different, and the question shifted: what if health isn’t something you force, but something built from the right conditions?

That realisation took Alex beyond reps and sets and back to the root of health. Back to the systems that shape resilience long before we step into a gym. To the food that feeds our cells, and​ to the soil that grows our food. Today, alongside his wife Symone and her family, Alex is training to become the UK’s second only soil biological consultant, uniting farming knowledge, food systems, and human movement into one clear philosophy: healthy soil creates healthy food, healthy food supports healthy people, and strong bodies create a higher quality of life.

Starting from £35/week

In Person Coaching

For people who want full hands-on support, real-time guidance, and space to focus, training at our private gym at our Steading could be the right fit for you.

  • 1–3 sessions per week

  • Direct coaching

  • 24/7 support

Starting from £85/week

Entering my thirties I picked up a shoulder injury that made my training more and more irregular. My health was suffering because of it. I tried private health care, NHS, and sports massages but nothing worked. In my VERY FIRST session with Alex he was able to identify where the problem was, indicate which muscle groups were not functioning properly and which joints were suffering because of it.

He pulled together an initial 12 week program that catered to my busy lifestyle. He told me train less but train correct.  My overwhelming 4/5 sessions per week turned into 3 and I was improving my mobility and my overall strength sustainably. In 6 short weeks I've seen massive improvements to my injured shoulder, changes to my physique and feel much more motivated with his expert advice and regular support.
