All eggs are from hens raised on pasture on Symone's parents farm. The birds are kept on pasture (protected by a movable electric fence, when they are not busy escaping) where they are free to roam, forage and express their natural behaviours, producing eggs of exceptional quality and freshness.

Pasture-raised eggs offer well-documented nutritional benefits. Compared with standard commercial eggs, they tend to be richer in beneficial omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D and antioxidant nutrients such as vitamin E and carotenoids, all of which support normal immune function and overall health.
